This is a self-guided class where students practice Ashtanga Yoga at their own pace, following the rhythm of their own breath rather than the prompting of the instructor as a group. The series begins with sun salutations, progressing through standing, seated, and finishing poses. The teacher works with students individually giving corrections and facilitating their practice. Ashtanga/Mysore is scheduled in a 2 hour time slot, and students can drop in during that time to practice. This class is directed towards students who are familiar with the Ashtanga style of yoga practice.
