New to Yoga? Join yoga teacher Grace Giorgio for a 2-hour workshop designed to introduce newcomers to the practice of yoga. Explore yoga breathing practices and learn some basic yoga poses, including the Sun Salutation, that are typically found in a yoga class. If you've been curious about yoga but hesitant to join an ongoing class, this workshop is designed for you!
