The Minds in Motion Center for Healthy Aging offers therapeutic recreational activities and programs for older adults that are designed to improve or maintain cognitive, mental, and physical functioning as well as decrease or allay depression. Older adults who wish to maintain mental and physical fitness in a fun, safe and relaxed environment, and/or who have been diagnosed with early memory loss are encouraged to join us.
