I'm a man of many names, but few describe my purpose on WPGU better than The Funktopus. It is my firm belief that the musical explosion of the golden age of funk in 1967-1977 is the root of all good music today. Or has at least influenced it in some way. Either way, from keeping the funk alive at Funk, Peace & Soul on WPGU to throwing down the electronic and hip-hop beats as an independent DJ, I am here to entertain.
