The Bevier Cafe, on the 2nd floor of Bevier Hall, is a student-operated laboratory in quantity food preparation and service. It's open M-F 8:00 - 11:00 a.m. for continental breakfast, and 11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. for lunch. The Spice Box is a student-run fine dining restaurant. Meals are held Friday and Wednesday evenings.
