It doesn't get any better than virtuoso violinist-songwriter Andrew Bird. The Mysterious Production of Eggs is a diverse album, which showcases all of Bird's talents. Besides being a world-class violin player, he also plays guitar, glockenspiel, and whistles. The album is well balanced musically. It never feels redundant and always excites the listener. The must-listen tracks include "Nervous Tic Motion of the Head to the Left", "Fake Palindromes", "Opposite Day", "Skin Is, My", and "The Naming of Things." You won't be disappointed.
