Originally labeled as a band reliant on their vocal abilities, Melbourne's Temper Trap took a break from shows after releasing the "Sweet Disposition EP" back in 2006. Instead, the focused on created a balance with the band and working on band chemistry. After a few years the band made a triumphant return being hailed as a savior of Australian indie-rock. Soon after signing to Glassnote Records the band released "Conditions." From that album, the band gained much needed international recognition and even ended up having the re-recorded version of "Sweet Disposition" featured in commercials and on the soundtrack for "500 Days of Summer," one of summer 2009's movie hits.
