    Based in Nashville, Tennessee, The Raconteurs are a bluesy rock band comprised of The White Stripes' Jack White, singer-songwriter Brendan Benson, and Jack Lawrence and Patrick Keeler of The Greenhornes. Their 2006 full-length debut, "Broken Boy Soldiers," was nominated for Best Rock Album at the 49th Annual Grammy Awards. The band's second album, "Consolers of the Lonely," was released in March 2008 only a week after the album announcement, intentionally leaving critics with no time to review it before it was available to the public.
