    The Siversun Pickups are an indie rock band from Los Angeles. The band is made up of Brian Aubert, Nikki Monninger, Joe Lester and Christopher Guanlao. They released their first album, Carnavas, in 2006. Two singles from the album, “Lazy Eye” and “Well Thought Out Twinkles” made the top 10 of the Billboard Modern Rock chart in 2007. After the release of Carnavas, Silversun Pickups toured with OK Go, Snow Patrol, Foo Fighters and Kaiser Chiefs. “Lazy Eye” is also in Guitar Hero: World Tour and Rock Band 2. Their most recent album, Swoon, was released April 14, 2009, with a single called “Panic Switch.” Silversun Pickups have been inspired by bands such as Smashing Pumpkins, Modest Mouse and Sonic Youth. The band has officially been confirmed as part of the Lollapalooza 2009 lineup which will take place in early August.
