    Olivia Tremor Control was one of the three original bands that made up the Elephant 6 Recording Company. The band was formed by childhood friends Bill Doss and Will Cullen Hart in 1994 in Ruston, Louisiana. They were known for being the most experimental of the Elephant 6 groups, blending a wide variety of genres to create their distinct sound. They released five studio albums, all with some really long titles, before breaking up in early 2000. They reunited for a small tour in 2005, playing the All Tomorrow’s Parties Festival as well as dates in Chicago, New York, San Francisco, and Los Angeles.
