    Seattle-based Minus the Bear have quickly worked their way up to success in the indie music scene. Known for their uncommon time signatures, use of innovative electronics, and complex musical stylings, this highly talented band is one of the best live acts around. Menos del Oso, their second full length release, brought quite a bit of critical attention to the band. In February 2007, a remix edition of this album was released, featuring a remix by rapper P.O.S. With their newest release, Planet of Ice, Minus the Bear shows no signs of slowing down.
