    San Diego's Louis XIV was formed in 2003. The band's sound is commonly categorized as being part of the garage rock movement. Their first album, The Best Little Secrets Are Kept, was released in 2005 and contained the single "Finding Out True Love Is Blind." The band has toured all over America and performed as part of Chicago's Lollapalooza festival. Their second album is likely to be released in early 2008.
