    Here is a band that is one of the longest lasting old school surf rock bands still performing today. Insect Surfers banded together in 1979 where they started their psychedelic journey with music. Their surf,psychedelic, aggresive, frantic syle of music has shown influence upon the surf rock scene. This D.C. native band has played with the likes of the B-52s, The Ventures and Sufaris. Making over 10 albums throughout their career the band plans to still make albums in the future.
