The band members have fun with their names like El Fuerte on drums, El Firetone on guitar, El Kid'o on bass and El Twang on guitar.The band's surf sound is a unique style of music. They are the epitome of shoegaze sound and give a great sense of feel like you are actually surfing in California. They have been releasing albums since 2001 and already had a greatest hits album in 2006. They have toured the entire world and have a great fan base. They still perform today.
