    With the influence of DJ's Spinnerty, Bozak, and Otter, DJ LEGTWO has been bringing his scratching of beats to our local Boltini Lounge, every Wednesday at 9pm. With his month long residency start at Cowboy Monkey, Larry Gates is now producing a mix tape EP with local emcee Text. Gates is also known from local band Curb Service, with albums Little Red Recovery Room and Fly Casual that have been both produced and written by him. His sound comes from playing on 2 Technics 1200s and Serato Scratch Live, where his beats and familiar voices of Nas, Public Enemy, and Mos Def are heard on his political featured mix Politricks.
