This week’s pick is a simple pleasure, and clocking in at only nine seconds, it easily provides the best time-to-laugh ratio since the “dramatic chipmunk” fad. The clip shows a Haitian weatherman, Arthur, doing his newscast while obviously intoxicated (the exact substance is up for debate). What makes the clip, however, is when one of the anchors cracks a corny joke, and after standing expressionless for a good two seconds our friend Arthur begins chuckling in the goofiest and most infectiously happy tone. Suffice it to say that this video warrants multiple views, and even after you no longer find it funny, odds are you’ll play it one more time to hear Arthur’s strangely uplifting intoxicated giggles.

This is pretty great. Although I think I am still a bit partial to the crazy antics of that WaCKy dramatic chipmunk.
