Driving through the streets of Paris at speeds of 200 kilometers per hour, nearly sideswiping pedestrians, flapping pigeons and passing cars and buses, Claude Lelouch mounted a camera to the front of his Mercedes to create an experimental one-shot, one-take film. Entitled C’était un Rendez-Vous, this heart-stopping, nine-minute drive is rumored to have gotten Lelouch arrested immediately after it was screened. The Arc de Triomphe takes on a whole new beauty when you’re going that fast.

If you like this you should look for "The Ghost Rider." He's a motorcyclist somewhere in Europe (I forget) who does insane high-speed runs and has never been caught. In one video he even impersonates a cop and chases this tricked out BMW M Coupe (my personal favorite).
