Shrek the Third
Dreck 3 (It’s a Jewish reference - google it)

Shrek the Third embodies everything that is wrong with the world of movies these days. The core of corruption? Assembly line production of rehashed ideas instead of rewarded creativity. Formula over edge...what has worked, over what works.
Following the same plot device of the last film, Shrek (Michael Meyers) is begrudgingly dragged to the land of “far, far away…” by summons of his step parents (this time because his father-in-law (John Cleese) has fallen ill and wants him to take over the kingship). Of course, Prince Charming wants that “job” (if you can call being king a job) and organizes a revolution of the proletariat of fairytale bad guys to achieve his goal.
Enter the same parodied cartoon/fairytale characters from the last two movies, plus some really lame half-dragon, half-donkey freaks of nature and a Led Zeppelin song (Jimmy Page, did you really sell out for this crap?) and you have what could quite possibly be the worst movie of 2007. Not even my mother, who likes these sort of movies, enjoyed it.
