This easy-to-make snack is a deliciously healthy way to satisfy late-night cravings. It’s a treat beloved by both kids and adults!

Peanut butter banana sandwiches

Ingredients:
•1 large banana
•1 cup creamy peanut butter
•Graham crackers

Directions: Put the cup of peanut butter into a mixing bowl. Slice the banana and add to peanut butter. Mix the banana and peanut butter by hand with a spoon until it makes a smooth batter. Break a graham cracker sheet in half and place a large spoonful of the batter between the halves, like you were making s’mores. Repeat this until the batter is gone. Wrap each peanut butter banana sandwich in tinfoil and place them in the freezer overnight. Take them out the next day and instead of ice cream sandwiches, you will have peanut butter banana sandwiches.

Note: To make them a bit sweeter, add one-half of a tablespoon of honey to the batter when mixing, or use cinnamon sprinkled graham crackers.

A tablespoon or two of vanilla yogurt instead of the honey thrown into the mix is mighty tasty as well. It seems to bring out the flavor of the banana more.
