    That's right, June 19 is National Dry Martini Day. The traditional dry martini is made at a 4 to 1 ration, usually with 2 oz. of gin to 1/4 oz of dry vermouth and is made even drier by reducing the amount of vermouth. So whether you like them shaken or stirred, celebrate the day right with this easy mix.

    Ingredients
    2 1/2 oz. gin
    1/2 oz. dry vermouth
    1 green olive or lemon twist for garnish

    Directions
    Pour the ingredients into a mixing glass filled with ice cubes

    Stir for 30 seconds.

    Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

    Garnish with the olive or lemon twist.
