Chocolate Mousse Falling-in-Love Pie

Remember the movie Waitress starring Keri Russell and how amazingly delicious all of those pies looked? Well, now you can make your very own pie directly from the movie. This summer, I received a Waitress recipe box that had recipes for five different pies that were featured in the movie. Enjoy!
Chocolate Mousse Falling-in-Love Pie (Chocolate Mousse Pie)
Ingredients:
1 9-inch baked pastry shell
14 oz. can condensed milk (not evaporated!)
2/3 cup water
1 (4 serving) package chocolate pudding mix (not instant!)
1 oz. square unsweetened chocolate
2 cups whipping cream, stiffly whipped
Directions:
In a large saucepan, combine condensed milk, water and pudding mix; mix well. Add chocolate; over medium heat, cook and stir rapidly until chocolate melts and mixture thickens. Remove from heat, beat until smooth. Cool. Chill thoroughly; stir. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into prepared pastry shell. Chill 4 hours until set.
