Blue lights and tropical fish set the mood for an unbeatable sushi experience at Ko Fusion, located in the heart of downtown Champaign. The restaurant regularly provides pleased customers with the best and freshest sushi in town.

“There’s no comparison to the work our chefs do, it’s just incredible,” said Janet Bubin, manager and owner of Ko Fusion. “Our sushi is really, really good.”

Ko Fusion has been offering a wide array of dishes for both newcomers to sushi and those with a more adventurous side for almost 20 years.

Newcomers should not be intimidated by the price of quality sushi — Ko Fusion caters to all budgets. Sunday and Monday nights feature an unbeatable deal: $1 pieces.

“You don’t have to invest too much money to try sushi,” Bubin said. “Once they try it, they get hooked on it.”

Some notable pieces to try: Fusion Maki, Volcano Roll and Big Roll.

I'm not a big sushi eater, but I would suggest the over-looked Sushi Kamme (sp?) on Main Street, Champign, next to Boardman's Art.
