Savoy resident and frequent Friar Tuck customer Katy Johnson, senior in Media, said, “It’s like the Disneyland of beer!” Enthusiasm seems to radiate from those who visit Friar Tuck, especially thirsty college students, as the liquor depot serves as a holy grail of all things alcoholic.
Comparable in size to a small grocery store, Friar Tuck holds something for every taste at affordable prices, which is a major draw for those interested in rarer liquors or cheaper beer. Friar Tuck, in all of its vast greatness, serves as a landmark to the University’s drinking community.
